This weekend, I replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils on my car. I went to AutoZone for the replacement parts. I asked if they had a military discount at checkout and the salesman applied a 10% military discount.
My Experience: Auto Zone Military Discount = 10%
- This is not an official AutoZone discount, however. Upon reading online it seems like people generally get 5-10% off
My Recommendation:
- AutoZone gift cards are highly discounted online. Several companies were selling them for 24% off. Click here for details
- If you know you are going to shop at AutoZone, I’d recommend buying the gift cards first and then using them in-store with the 10% military discount to get your purchase 34% off.
- They also have a couple of 20% off coupons if buying online. I don’t believe you can apply your military discount to an online purchase (maybe if you did in-store pick-up), but you could combine this with the discount gift card option and save 44%. Details
